Hello to all!

I have been a laughter yoga teacher since 2008. I was fortunate to take my training by Dr. Katarina in Naramata BC. I have been to several Laughter Yoga conferences in the US and one in White Rock BC. I am excited to be able to participate in the first conference in Alberta.

I have met lots of wonderful exciting Laughter Yoga friends from all over the world and I am looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones. Very good, very good, Yay!
