JP Hermano

JP has a passion for life and learning through challenges. He enjoys incorporating laughter in his daily personal and professional life, as it allows him to be more present in all areas of his life. 

In addition to being a certified Laughter Yoga Leader he works professionally in a rewarding role matching volunteers with homecare clients for social visits, teaching Zumba (Latin dance fitness), and singing with a local Calgary adult show choir (being a classically trained singer). 

In addition to having achieved many certifications in the health and wellness field (including Reiki, laughter yoga, and Zumba fitness) he also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and is currently pursuing a Fitness Instructor Certification through Canfitpro.
