Duncan began his own laughter yoga journey at the age of 41, while attending a two-day workshop resulting in certification as Laughter Yoga Leader. His first exposure to the concept of laughing as exercise happened in 1997 while sitting on a couch, watching a BBC World Services newsreel on an Indian doctor laughing with a group in a city park. His first experience of laughter yoga came in 2003 in group therapy, exploring emotional energy management.
Currently, he is actively involved with others who are sharing the practice of Laughter Yoga. And so, the adventure continues, with peaks and valleys, and many highlights and vistas.
